Alright Rebels … at the Happy Rebels Festival we've got your back when it comes to partying hard and catching some well-deserved sleep afterwards – all in the most awesome way possible! It’s first come, first served so don’t wait too long to book your stay!

This edition, the available spots on the campsite, Rebel Holes and hotels are LIMITED so book fast is the main message. FULL = FULL

Important information about the booking:

• Every Happy Rebel who wants to join the adventure needs to book an entrance ticket to the festival. Without a ticket you won’t get access to the festival grounds.
• If you want to stay overnight, you also need to book an accommodation. You can choose for a free accommodation (you bring your own tent or camper) or a paid accommodation (you book a hotel or a Rebel Hole).
• Please note that only one designated individual needs to book the accommodation for the entire group, with the option to add roommates with name and email address.
• This main booker can add roomies during the registration process, or after the booking is complete (until 16/8).
  • For a free accommodation (you bring your own tent or camper):
    • Each new roomie will receive an invitation to confirm his/her place in the tent or camper. By confirming this invitation, the roomie automatically receives a festival ticket.
    • The main booker and all roomies will have access to a personal page where they can manage their booking (add more roomies or cancel their stay)
  • For a paid accommodation (hotel or Rebel Hole):
    • If you add roomies during the registration process, each person will receive an invitation mail and a payment link. The accommodation will only be booked when ALL roommates pay their part within 10 days. If within these 10 days the payment is not 100% fulfilled (by everybody) the booking will be cancelled, and everybody will have to register again. Roommates who did pay their part of the bill will receive a refund within 3 weeks after cancellation. So, pay immediately to avoid the hassle.
    • If you add roomies after the registration process is complete, each new roomie will receive an invitation mail, but the payments need to be handled amongst each other.
• Until 28/6 it is possible to fully cancel the accommodation and get refund by the organization. After this date, it’s no longer possible to fully cancel an accommodation or get refund by the organization. Individuals can cancel their stay in a group accommodation, but financial arrangements need to be handled amongst each other.
• If you booked a ticket or an accommodation, you will receive a confirmation mail with a link to a personal page. Keep this e-mail close by! You can keep using this link to add/change roommates or cancel your stay. The spaces on the campsites or hotels are limited, so if you are not able to come, make sure to cancel so somebody else can get your spot.
• For those choosing tents, Rebel Holes or their own camper, accommodations are booked for a two-night stay. Hotel room bookings, on the other hand, are available from Friday evening to Sunday morning but are booked per night.
  
  
• Note: Party tents, glass and boomboxes are not allowed at the campsite. If you bring them, we will keep them in storage and you can retrieve them after the event.
• What if you need to cancel your attendance at the festival? Sorry to hear! You will miss an incredible experience, but we do understand that unforeseen events can happen. In this case, we need to know that you no longer will be present so we can take this into account for the preparations. Your PowerHouse is paying for each person, so it would be highly appreciated if you informed us about your cancellation.
• In case of a no-show, you’ll risk of having to pay a €150 penalty. This amount is just a fraction of the total cost per person. After the 16th of August, it is no longer possible to cancel your attendance if you have registered. In this case, you need to talk to your PowerHouse to avoid the no-show fee. You can cancel your entrance ticket on your personal page.

The festival offers a spacious campsite right on the festival grounds, complete with showers and toilets for your comfort. Don't forget to bring your camping essentials like a tent, cozy sleeping bag, mattress and pillow for a good night's sleep. However, there is no access to electricity, so pack those power banks and flashlights! Remember, party tents are a no-go.

Bringing your camper to the Happy Rebels Festival? Don't worry, our camper site is situated right in the heart of the action. With showers and toilets conveniently located on-site, we've got all the basics covered. We also have electricity for the campers on-site, so simply plug-in and you’re good to go.

Due to the caravan area's hard surface, it will be separated from the grass-covered camping site designated for tents.

Not particularly fond of tents or simply not in the mood to lug around heavy equipment?  We’ve got you covered! 

Each Rebel Hole accommodates up to four individuals with two bunk beds, complete with fresh linens, a mattress, and a fluffy pillow. Additionally, amenities include a USB charger and a light for your convenience. The Rebel Hole is securely lockable, ensuring privacy and security, while a designated parking slot near Rebelville is provided for your convenience.

While we provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, please remember to bring along your own towels. Showers and toilets will be conveniently available on-site.

Looking for a little more luxury during your festival getaway? Look no further! We’re offering hotel rooms at special discounted rates! Please note that room assignments will be managed by the organization to ensure logistical efficiency. You will receive all practical information one week before the event.

Prices are per room, per night, and include a delicious breakfast. Parking fees and expenditures from the mini bar are not included within the discounted rate. These expenses will be billed separately and are to be settled upon check-out. You will receive detailed information about your hotel assignment, including the name and address of the hotel, by email as the festival approaches.

Shuttle service only on Saturday will be available to and from the festival. More information about the shuttles will be in the practical information-mail sent to you one week before the event.
